The property is well-maintained and offers a stunning view. The staff are very friendly and responsive, always making sure we felt comfortable. The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. I would recommend this property for families — just keep in mind that renting a car will make getting around much easier."
"Lovely beach and nice and quiet at night. Room cleaning was poor and had to ask for loo roll and bins to be emptied also kept forgetting to restock the coffee and sugar. Otherwise a nice stay"

"Everything was perfect about this place during our stay there: the room was large and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful we've got everything we asked for and even mote, food was delicious both western and thai, pool is perfect. We enjoyed so much that we extended our stay for another week."
"Absolutely love this resort! This is the second time I've stayed here - this time bringing my partner for her 30th birthday. The pool is lovely and it's great that it's open late. Having your own little hut is really nice and I loved that there's a hammock on the decking! The staff are lovely, food is lovely, bar is lovely - honestly just a great stay, and INSANELY good value for money.
The only downside is that the room doesn't have a fridge or air con so we did overheat a little - there's only so much a fan can do! There also isn't much in the way of storage like a wardrobe or cupboards - but for what you pay you really can't complain!"
"Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast included delicious Burmese food with western cuisine. We enjoyed a small beach party as well, every Wednesday. "
"Beautiful property with very kind and helpful staff. You can easily rent motor bikes or get taxi’s to town. There are no elevators and a decent amount of stairs. It was fine for us but I could see how it might be a problem for older or disabled people. "

"We had an amazing time at Patrick's villa. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the pool, as well as playing pool in the house. The walk up the hill is intense but if you are anble-bodied and fairly fit, it is doable! Haad Yao is our favorite beach on the island, so we were happy to have this private space so close by. Would love to return someday! "
"This is a very relaxing place to stay, and has a restaurant with a beautiful jungle and ocean view. All the food is incredible (and at great prices!), and the people who work there are very nice - just ask for anything you need or want to eat and they will make it happen!"
