The lady who helped me check in was WONDERFUL; she helped me schedule a few tours and helped me get a bike as well. My room was pristine, the pool is amazing, and there are various amenities (gym, sauna, massages, etc). It is on a hill, so I recommend renting a bike for the majority of your trip. I went here on a solo trip and I truly had a restorative time."

"Everything about the hotel was acceptable but I was looking for more for the price. I felt the rooms were lacking in privacy. The rooms big glass doors all open onto a thoroughfare. So you had to close your curtains all the time to avoid people looking in as they walked by. So basically a room with no window. The bathroom was pretty basic and small. The room was fairly spacious. It was safe and quiet at night and the hotel well located in Chaweng beach area. Transport by public transport vans readily available. The pool was not as inviting as the pictures and smallish for a large resort. Access to beach was good and a pretty area. Breakfast was okay to good but could have been better. I would probably look elsewhere next visit. But overall an okay stay."
