Island Winds East 306 will give you a front row seat to all the Gulf has to offer. Watch the pelicans glide by right in front of you and watch the dolphins feed on the schools of fish just beyond the sand bars.
This unit is perfect for a long weekend or a winter's stay. Take the elevator down and the beach is right there waiting for you. There is also a in ground pool and 306 is walking distance to the souvenir shops and restaurants. At the end of a hard day of fun the condo is comfortable with all the conveniences of home plus of course a view of the Gulf!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is NOT 1 bedroom. It is a studio. The condo is in desperate need of updates, but you can’t beat the location.

Perfect little spot for us

On the beach so no crossing roads. This place doesn’t have bells and whistles of stainless steel appliances and some outlets don’t work, but overall things worked and people tried to help with anything…and with a view like it’s really hard to complain! And at a reasonable price, thank you!! Our son slept on couch while we took the doorless bedroom; kinda studio style. Bathroom was great! Again, the view and on the beach :)

Beautiful place

Looked nice needs updates for sure was nice for the price but, for the amount playing you would think they would buy new bed sheet... they was nasty and have a new shower curtain.. Had to contact host about what floor and room number and code they didnt tell me I had to call for it, would've been nice for that to be in my email about it. They just let me know it was ready thats it..

Great weekend getaway on the beach

Loved the location. Right on the beach and close enough to walk to dinner without being too close to the noise and crowds. Condo could use some updates. The small table on the balcony has a broken leg and we were told the dishwasher needed repairs. Also had to grab a spare blanket out the car since one was not provided for the sofa bed (sheets only). Otherwise, it was a great spot for our short weekend stay.

Great view/beach. Nice heated pool. Awesome location. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. Crock pot and beach chairs were aplus. Bring extra comforters for bed and pull out bed. Condo a bit dated but good for the price. bed.

Terrible place to stay

Room was the size of a hotel room. Queen size couch bed had no sheets or blankets. We had to park our second car 1 mile from condo because of there 1 car per rental. The lady working the desk is the worst customer service rep you could imagine.

Can we get a 0-star option?

Sadly, I don't have enough room in this review to say everything I would like for it to so here is what I can do. 1. Cleanliness and upkeep. Not even an afterthought at this rental. 2. Amenities and customer assistance. They are a joke at best. 3. Online description. Misleading, to say the least. 4. Privacy? Forget about it. 5. If you are looking for a place for peace and relaxation do not waste your time here. 5. The beach view and access were the only redeeming qualities, but they only made up for so much. In short, the rental was a waste of my money, and I would never recommend anyone to use it.

Bring Your Binoculars

Bountiful beach themed condo with serene sea-glass colored walls and pops of peach highlights sure to lift your spirits. Fully-stocked kitchen with utensils and thoughtfully placed first-aid kit under the sink. Tile floors throughout have replaced the carpet. Bring binoculars to watch the brown pelicans dive into the ocean basin from the beauty of a balcony. Gulf side pool with impressive grills under an expansive covered patio. Outstanding Mexican restaurant across the street. Super location right next to the Hangout Music Festival. Will stay there again.

Great location, needs updating

The location is ideal. Gulf front. Walking distance to popular places. The unit needs some uodating and the bathroom needs some serious work. We had a long weekend for a tournament and the place is quiet and close to everything.

Great location and well worth the price!

The condo was exactly as listed, the location was great, and the view is amazing! The only issue we had was the pull out sofa! When pulled out into the bed, it was broken down and so uncomfortable. And there was only one thin, almost throw-like blanket to use for it and not enough pillows. The couch is literally the only complaint I have!
