「Front desk staff was super sweet and welcoming. Loved how friendly they were. Room clean and nest even if slightly outdated. Pool was small, breakfast was to be expected but didn't like it ending on a weekend at 10 (too efficient staff closed at 955am) coffee machines though were amazing and such a yummy cup of coffee.」

「Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

「We have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years when we are in town. It is always been a good place to stay and has been renovated over the years. The staff has always been delightful. We love the kitchenettes and the ability to cook outside on the grill. We’ve enjoyed staying here and we’ll always be coming back.」

「At 230 am. Heard car horn a couple times. Then loud banging on front and back patio door. Right below us . Called front desk. Told them. It still went on for over a half hour. Never heard front desk clerk.」

「We loved staying at The Hacienda. It is a beautiful property close to everything in New Port Richey. Our room was spotless! Not one speck of dust or random hair in the bathroom (y’all know what I’m talking about!). This was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Shout out to Madison our housekeeper for doing an excellent job and for finding my water bottle that I left behind (my kids gave it to me for Mother’s Day). The staff in general were friendly and helpful. It was a relaxed...

「Room and amenities were very clean and in great condition, staff were friendly as well! No breakfast included but that wasn’t a problem for us as each room had a coffee machine and fridge. There was always parking, even at night when everyone returned to the hotel. Great stay overall.」

「If you’re staying longer than one evening, be prepared to turn your AC off when you leave then when you return, turn it back on to get the temperature that you desire in the evening hours😎」

「They need signage for the office. You can not find it. Also ceiling fans in the bedroom would be an excellent add. 」
