"Overall, very nice; no kitchen, no water source near the coffee maker except a pitcher of water in the refrigerator. If you wanted to wash dishes or rinse the coffee pot used the bathroom sink. It took awhile to warm up as you had to turn off the three baseboard heaters when you left the apartment. Minor details."

"Super clean and comfortable, this suite was centrally located allowing us to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to check in and communicate with the owner. Overall a great stay, will definitely look to stay here again."

"The pictures captured what is there. But then there is more. Besides a well equipped kitchen, Kirk and Gloria surprised with some nice essentials to get the day rolling. Having fresh milk, orange juice, butter,toast, jam and a pack of ground coffee ready to use was unexpected. Not to forget the apples, bananas and homemade cupcakes. Awsome. Bedroom and bathroom didn't fall short either. Just had a great time with homie feeling in your suite. Thank you guys !!"

"I was in Victoria for a week long course at Camosun. The Urban Oasis was the perfect Vrbo to stay at! It was a very short commute to the college and close to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. The suite was very quiet, so very perfect for reading and studying! "stayed at the west over BnB for 2 nights an it was great, close enough to town but you feel so private and remote tucked away with the trees. Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic."
