"The cottage is well maintained. The little touches are nice, books to read, games available to play, doodle art book to color. The host and hostess went beyond to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. They even provided me breakfast foods so that I could eat before leaving as I had to leave before their scheduled breakfast time. Their property reflects their pride in their home. Their warm greetings made me wish I had more time than the overnight stay booked. Very friendly folk!"

"We loved the swimming pool and hot tub, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! My only minor concern was with the room door, which occasionally didn't latch shut properly. One day when we returned to the hotel, we found the door left ajar—likely because housekeeping didn't pull it completely shut when they left. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but I wanted to mention it so the team can be extra mindful next time."

"I was able to check in a little early with a very welcoming person that worked the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about the room and the amenities, letting me know about covered parking and offering information about Victoria if I needed it. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, with a smaller balcony but a great view of the harbor to be able to see the ferries come into the port and seaplanes taxing in and out of the harbor. The beds were very comfortable with wonderful bedding an enough pillows on each. Sheets were crisp and clean. There was adequate plug ins for charging for each bed. Loved the N espresso machine with good coffee pods and there was a small in room refrigerator that had a small freezer compartment - great for freezing ice pack wraps. Bathroom was very clean, well equipped and a comfortable size. The Inn is located in a convenient place, a short walk from the main town, so it was very quiet and peaceful."
