「🌙 We stayed at the Audubon Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathroom was stocked well with plenty of towels, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. When we arrived, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell in the room that never really went away. The room was also very hot, and the air conditioner appeared extremely old and was unable to cool the room down properly during our stay. There were also...

「Excellent stay! Really impressed with the room. Disappointing breakfast though 😕. Also didn't like the fact that the room door had a gap on the sides (I understand that the gap below is a fire safety requirement). Not sure if they truly enforce the no-pets policy - saw a man sneaking a huge dog through the side door. Otherwise, it's a great place to spend a night or two.」

「Close to LSU and perfect area for parents who have a student attending LSU. Very clean and nice place. Owners were nice and prompt to answer or fix any issues. I will definitely choosw to stay here when I visit my child at LSU again. Highly recommend! I was skeptical staying next to a gas station but it was actually the perfect place and area to stay. No issues with the residents of the neighborhood and no scares. Felt very comfortable. So happy my family chose this stay!」
