Please respect the neighbors. Quiet after 8pm. No outside drinking. It's a residential area. Place trash in the cans. Recycle items in the grey bin.
If you partake in 420 activities please do so outside of the home. The smell is hard to remove and it will cost you $200 extra to deodorize the home.
Please respect the home. We tried to be simply perfect but... pets on furniture will result in $100 fee. Claws cause damageā€¦ Pet hairs on furnitureā€¦

My husband, toddler, senior dog, & I truly enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully kept home. I felt safe the whole time, quiet area, clear instructions. House was very clean, beautiful original hard wood floors make you feel right at home. Had all the essentials to make our stay enjoyable. Has an Alexa device which I appreciated. No issues with parking whatsoever. Host is very responsive and friendly. Canā€™t wait to stay at this charming property again on my next trip through Baton Rouge.

New Years stay

As a tradition my wife and I come down from Colorado at the end of each year to do our Christmas time with the grand daughters and celebrate the new year in Baton Rouge staying at a convenient place within walking distance from the Mississippi River and the new years eve fireworks. This place filled the bill perfectly.

The property was easy to access, well-maintained, clean. The owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We mainly just used the residence to sleep in at night as we were enjoying Baton Rouge; however, we did notice when we were in the house during the day, the thermostat was set to 77. I would say, as long as you don't plan on spending extended time in the house during the day (especially during the summer), this is the place to stay.

Christmas reunion

This property is very well maintained. The listing is very accurate. Comfortable home with nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The hot water is hot! The kitchen is well equipped. We plan to make this a regular rental for our frequent Baton Rouge stays. Well done. The neighborhood is quiet.

Love the house! Its very spacious for a 2/1. And very clean. So, so close to the convention center, which is a plus! I would rather have had a real coffee maker, but the keurig did its job. The only thing i can think of that didnt work was the password for the wifi is incorrect. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place near the convention center.
