Please respect the neighbors. Quiet after 8pm. No outside drinking. It's a residential area. Place trash in the cans. Recycle items in the grey bin.
If you partake in 420 activities please do so outside of the home. The smell is hard to remove and it will cost you $200 extra to deodorize the home.
Please respect the home. We tried to be simply perfect but... pets on furniture will result in $100 fee. Claws cause damageā€¦ Pet hairs on furnitureā€¦

New Years stay

As a tradition my wife and I come down from Colorado at the end of each year to do our Christmas time with the grand daughters and celebrate the new year in Baton Rouge staying at a convenient place within walking distance from the Mississippi River and the new years eve fireworks. This place filled the bill perfectly.

This property is very well maintained. The listing is very accurate. Comfortable home with nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The hot water is hot! The kitchen is well equipped. We plan to make this a regular rental for our frequent Baton Rouge stays. Well done. The neighborhood is quiet.

The comfort and cleanliness was remarkable! The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all necessities. One of our members is wheelchair bound, so having a bedroom and bath downstairs was just what we needed.

This was a great stop on our way home from Florida to Texas. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the house is spacious and as described. We will definitely book again if we can get away for an LSU home game against Alabama or Auburn! :D
