- a mezzanine with a 140cm bed

- a double bed 140 in the mezzanine

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat, such as Wi-Fi, TV, for the kitchen (a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided), hotplates and all the complete kitchenware, etc...), bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is also authorised by all our platforms.

📍 Located near the estacade market, and the Saint Bruno square, you are just a stone's throw away from Grenoble's historic city centre (10 minutes walk).
The accommodation is also close to the train station (10 minutes on foot)
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport services, in particular trams E and A/B (Condorcet and Alsace Lorraine or Saint Bruno stop) located respectively 5 and 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation, allow you to move around the whole city and its suburbs.
You are also close to a bus stop, BUS 12 stop Chorier-Saint Bruno.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
