「Clean property, family friendly, great entertainment for all ages, food was good, drinks at the bars could be better, lazy river is great for all ages. Our only issue was the pool towels, you had to wait for hours or a day to get any available. Reynaldo our concierge was awesome, he helped us a lot with restaurant’s reservations and pool towels.」

「Service was excellent. Specially at the beach bar where Dauris (unsure of speaking) was very attentive, courteous and always sharing good energy. The selection of fish served at El Mercado and Pez Dama could be a little wider. The Japanese restaurant was the best meal, closely followed by the Mexican restaurant. The staff kept the hotel very clean and the shows were super fun (especially The Dominican one!)」
