「Very clean and cozy, exactly as pictured and described. The hot tub was a great feature and walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village. Fairly quiet and very relaxing for a couple's stay. 」

"長期滞在に便利で気に入っている。ただし料金は嵩んでいく。それゆえに今後またフィラデルフィアに来る時にも利用したいが迷う。長期滞在者に割引のサービスができることを望んでいる。"

"まず、チェックインには早い時間だったのてキーカードだけもらったが、指定の4時になっても部屋が清掃されておらず、再び交渉して新しい部屋に変えてもらう必要があった。疲れていたので非常に不便だった。バスルームのドアの鍵が壊れており、私が外から助けなければ、同行者が危うく閉じ込められるところだった。隣の部屋が深夜まで非常にうるさかった。極めつけは、チェックイン後に荷物を預かってもらえなかったこと。倉庫に入らないという理由だったが、見る限り大したよく量ではなく、見た感じ倉庫用の部屋には余裕があるように見えた。スタッフのホスピタリティも低く、立地の良さだけが取り柄のホテルだと感じた。"

"The lady of the reception was very unfriendly and impolite. She showed no smile, and even showed her angry face to our 5 yrs old boy, who was just trying to reach the counter. Very bad experience. Never want to see her again! And the breakfast was terrible."
