"Very polite & helpful staff"

"Everything was perfect aside from the breakfast. On this occasion, the kitchen did not appear equipped to serve Eggs Benedict. In the past, the restaurant has offered pebble sized circular portions of butter, gluten-free muffins, lashings of hollandaise sauce with the ham and the poached eggs. The poached eggs did not ooze yolk as they were hard, they didn’t appear to be placed upon muffins either.There were small glass jars of mayonnaise with an absence of HP sauce and ketchup. Breakfast was disappointing this time but overall, a good stay."

"Too many misbehaved dog whining continually in the bar area, one not on lead, therefore it kept coming under our table and sniffing!!"

"Check in was easy. The hotel was very clean and the room we stayed in was nice. All the staff were very polite. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from. Would stay there again."

"The staff are very friendly and nothing is a problem if you need anything. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast has a Fantastic choice and the evening meals are extremely tasty Will definitely be back soon. Excellent place for a few days relaxation "

"Great quiet Location with friendly staff. This was our 4th visit. I like the White Company toiletries, the bath robe and slippers and the old fashioned teapot and cosy for your morning tea with fresh milk. Recommend thoroughly and we’ll be back later in the year. "
