「The room itself looked kind of "clean" but they really missed the bathroom. There was a used towel behind the door, hair in the tub, a used soap with hair in the tub and pee stains when you lift the toilet lit. I also understand that the hotel may have a few years but the lamps on the room had corrosion all over. They also kept the door of their laundry room open, and you could see all the cleaning stuff and other stuff that should be like behind the scenes basically at the entrance of the main...

「チェックイン時、Hotels.comで予約したクレジットカード番号が違うと言われました。同サイトに登録したカードを提示したにも関わらず。。。 予約した禁煙ルームは２階でしたが、１階は喫煙ルームエリアらしく廊下にもタバコの臭いが充満していて通り抜けるだけで不快でした。なぜ喫煙ルームエリアを最上階である３階にしていないのか疑問です。 部屋は一見良さげでしたが、バスルームに置かれたタオルの上に蜘蛛が這っていました。ドライヤーホルダーがしっかり固定されていない、エアコンの音が思いのほか大きいなど気になる点がいくつかありました。 正直良い印象は残念ながら残りませんでした。」

「The room was somewhat clean, but that’s the best I can say. The door from outside to the hallway didn’t lock or even close all the way. No staff and the office closed 11pm-5am. Sketchy part of town. No eateries close by. I would not recommend. Didn’t feel safe but we were exhausted so we stayed.」

「The elevator was down as well as the pool. The continental breakfast was almost non existent. The lock on the door was broken. The chairs in the room were ready to break. We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands.
