「There was no elevator for this property. It would have been a 3-floor walk up and being handicapped, it was a huge problem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and got us a room on the first floor. They were so understanding. The room was clean and spacious and completely accessible.」

「It was difficult to find the office. The cleaners were cleaning our room while we checked in and we had to wait for them even though we arrived an hour and a half after check in time. The room conditions were run down and in need of repair. The door did not fit correctly when closed. The cleaning staff were friendly and polite. Would not recommend. 」

Additionally, the pool was out of service. I only learned during my stay that it had been unavailable for quite some time, which was disappointing as this was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. 「It was clean and safe. We were driving from Chicago to Dallas and needed to stop for the night. We didn't check out any of the amenities. We did grab a little breakfast before hitting the road again.」

「The room was clean but outdated. No usb to charge phones and no smart tv. The remote to the tv didn’t work had to used a direct tv on the back of the tv to turn the channel. The night staff was RUDE. We travelled with littles and one of them locked us out of the bathroom. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on site so we may have to move then came with a screwdriver and opened the door and stormed out. We were obviously an inconvenience to her. Breakfast bar was good. Pool was cold.」
