They weren't ready for 3 p.m. check in. Probably short staffed and had been full the night before. Room was very clean (only opened in July). Breakfast person could not keep up with food and coffee. They probably needed more help. I'd stay there again though with no hesitation.

Brand new hotel (1 week open as of June 26). Functional, well appointed rooms. Convenient location. Best of all: the kindest and friendliest staff from front desk to breakfast service. I would highly recommend this Home 2 Suites.

The stay was great! The room was nice, big and clean. Didnt notice at first but the curtain has a rip in it, there werent any trash bags in the trash cans and the shower didnt have a shower curtain. Those were the only issues we had.

Check in time was supposed to be 3:00. Rooms were not ready when we got there. Had to wait a hour to check in. I booked 2 rooms both with 2 queen beds. Then didn’t have but one double queen room. Got a king suite instead. Breakfast was ok but not great. Ran out of sausage I waited 20 minutes then gave up. Eggs were low to. Just seemed like everything was behind. Rooms were clean. Beds ok. Checking out was ok. I don’t agree with being charged 50 dollars on my card as a deposit. They have card information if needed after my stay. Just wasn’t a great experience.

It was expensive for what you get. The property is new and clean. Breakfast area needs tweaked. No coffee, all the hot items are crammed into a tiny little cabinet that you use the same tongs to touch everything. The yogurt container is on the floor. no juice it was gone as well. Low staffed- high price, clean but not worth the $

Room was clean and acceptable. TV would not work, it's 2025 and there isn't much excuse not to have a working smart TV. They're $90 on Amazon SMH

This was a beautiful hotel. Great pool and workout space. Awesome breakfast except I didn't get to fully enjoy it as they don't have highchairs for toddlers. The lady said she's had that complaint before and will have one ordered but I mean, If you had that complaint before, why don't you already have one....
