Studio/Hotel style condo located in the gated StoneBridge Village Golf community. Located 4 mins/1.8 miles from Silver Dollar City. You will love the balcony view of the grounds and more. This condo is on the 2nd floor and as stated is in a gated community. One of the pools is located right beside this building. The TV is wifi/streaming only. The condo association does charge a $5.00 per night parking fee per vehicle. Microwave, new(fall of 2023) mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker(bring your own coffee pods). NOTE: 2ND FLOOR. STAIRS ONLY. NO ELEVATOR.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is a dumpster to put trash in near the pool in a wooden fence. Also, please put used towels in tub or the hamper under the sink in the bathroom. Thank you so much. Safe travels.
Please text me when you leave so cleaning crew can come.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

3/1/2023 Stonebridge Village will charge $5.00 per vehicle per night to all nightly rentals. This will be paid upon check-in.
