「It was a great place to stay. it was quiet, the pool was great for the kids for a great time after being at the soccer fields all day in the heat. The only thing I was disappointed in was the food but that is at all hotels. The food has no taste especially the eggs! When you pay the extra money to be with your soccer team at the same hotel and to have a good hot breakfast before the games the next day it should be edible! 」

"Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell.
Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$.
Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then."
"The room is spacy enough and clean.
There are two units of self laundry machine but no laundry and dry cleaning service.
It is not far away from downtown if you use your car or rideshare apps. But I like to avoid the walking in the night from downtown.
Breakfast are not hotel grade. They use paper plates and plastic cutleries. Only omlet fits my taste.
It is good if you are student or big family who need to save money. If you are on bussiness trip, you should ask your employer to pay more."
"Conveniently located to down town and Broadway, the hotel was very comfortable place to stay at. Couple of suggestions to make it even better is to improve breakfast offering to include vegetables and warm cooked items and espresso machine.
Room was very comfortable with plenty of room and fluffy beds. I would’ve been perfectly happy with everything as is if the total cost was 15-20% less. "
