"Room was nice and clean inside hotel is super nice a clean. Very surprising vs the outside. The outside of the buildings need some paint and water blasting. Didn’t really affect our stay. "The rooms were clean and the staff on site were great and always friendly. My kids loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids. The variety of pools are so great too so there is something for everyone. There are a lot of activities throughout the water park and hotel. The only downside if this hotel is the distance from the lobby to the different towers. It's quite a walk but is really not something that should keep you from booking here. There is a garage you can park in and walk the back way back in to the hotel. Location is also very central in Tumon."
