"the room was a good size beds and pillows very comfy..i got a hair dryer and kleenex from friendly desk clerk..breakfast was okay but yoghurt or eggs wud have been nice too"

"The outside of the condos could use a good pressure wash/coat of paint to match the cleanliness of the inside. Inside the condo and hotel were spotless. My family enjoyed the hotel pool and riding the electric scooters available to rent. Bowling was fun too. Hotel staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait staff in the restaurants could use a little more training. We tried multiple restaurants in the hotel and the service was not the best and quality of food was inconsistent. Overall, our stay was fun and relaxing. Would recommend to friends. "

"This unit is not supposed to be in the market. A lot of cockroaches everywhere even on the bed, a disposable shave in the bathroom sink, and so on. "

"The unit we reserved in Mangilao was changed few days before our arrival in Guam which we had no choice but to accept because there was no time to look for another place. The new unit was in poor condition because there were leaks coming from the ceiling, unsure if leaks were from sewer line or where it came from.The sofa was wet from the leak and we were uncomfortable resting on them. The host was not on island to respond immediately to our complaints and the person to contact never showed at the site to help.We were not able to watch television as our unit was not connected as advertised. Employees at the venue was not friendly when we requested them to assist us on our issues. "
