The single floor cabin has its own private hot tub on the back porch that sits right up against the Smoky Mountain National Park. Enjoy movie nights on the large 65" flat-screen OLED television with DVD/Blu-Ray Player, sound bar and sound woofer. Each bedroom has a 50" flat screen TV.

Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

VERY IMPORTANT: No pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESA) allowed. Per federal law, only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. ADA pets must adhere to all federal guidelines.
