"The room was spacious and there was a large selection of items at the breakfast buffet. We particularly enjoyed the onsen on the property."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast service. Plates weren’t cleared and the host kept telling me I need to be on a list but I didn’t because I chose not to include breakfast in my reservation. The room service was an adjustment as well. You have to remember to request that the room be tidied. If you forget you get a big disappointment upon returning to your room after a day out and about. Otherwise the hotel is excellent in every regard."
