"The most helpful and kind staff. Great breakfast, definitely worth the price. Clean rooms but spiders on the walls. Only negative is the hot tub which we originally chose the hotel for, which is in the middle of a rooftop bar with tables encircling it with people drinking so not really usable. Otherwise wonderful stay!"

"The environment was serene and very clean. I was lucky to have my room upgraded and was so happy with the room. Very chick and modern, with loads of essentials and more stocked up in the room to make you feel very comfortable. You can see and feel the thoughtfulness in their actions. Also about 5 minutes drive away from the central station I had breakfast and it was good. The staff, very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend Nothing to fault."

"This property located right by the metro station, which is convenient to get to all attractions. Also Hotel located about 15 minutes walk to Centrale Milano train station. Breakfast buffet was very good. What I did not like is that Expedia stated that Hotel provides Bottled water, which it did not. Shower stall was very small, and no bidet in the bathroom, as was advertised. Also no kettle in the room as was advertised to make the tea. Generally, dissent 4 star Hotel in Milan."
