"We had a superior double room. It was clean and functional, though the decor was a little dated. Air con was ok but not hugely effective. Complimentary espresso maker in the room was nice though. We used the spa which is located in the basement. Towels, robe and slippers available on request from reception. The pool is not really big enough to share, so if there's a family of kids in it when you go (as was the case both times we went) then you're basically out of luck. The sauna / steam room / relaxation area were all nice though, with self-serve complimentary tea also available."

"The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired."

"Great hotel. All staff were friendly. Room very clean. Good location, only 15min walk from Milan Central Station. Good variety of food for Breakfast and free snacks and drinks a pleasant gesture. Would highly recommend and will stay again. "
