「チェックインの時間に部屋の清掃が終わっていなくて、チェックインをバーで 待って家欲しいと言われ1時間以上待ちました。
たくさんの人が待っていて、早くホテルに着いてゆっくりしようと思っていたのに残念でした。
部屋の清掃も清潔でなく、冷蔵庫もなく、アメニティも充実しておらず、ティッシュもボックスに入っていませんでした。ゴミ箱も溢れていて、見るのも気分が悪かったです。
レストラン近くのレストルームの手拭きペーパーも補充していないんです。
人手不足なのでしょうか？
デスバレーの公園内のホテルで歴史があり口コミでも良さそうだと思って期待して予約したのですが、残念でした。
