「チェックインの時間に部屋の清掃が終わっていなくて、チェックインをバーで待って家欲しいと言われ1時間以上待ちました。 たくさんの人が待っていて、早くホテルに着いてゆっくりしようと思っていたのに残念でした。 部屋の清掃も清潔でなく、冷蔵庫もなく、アメニティも充実しておらず、ティッシュもボックスに入っていませんでした。ゴミ箱も溢れていて、見るのも気分が悪かったです。 レストラン近くのレストルームの手拭きペーパーも補充していないんです。 人手不足なのでしょうか？ デスバレーの公園内のホテルで歴史があり口コミでも良さそうだと思って期待して予約したのですが、残念でした。 」

The instructions for check‑in, WiFi, and the surrounding area were clear and very helpful. We also loved watching the night sky with no city lights around. 「Great place to stay if you are visiting Death Valley. It was clean and well-equipped. Loved sitting under the stars and making s'mores on the gas fire pit. Really loved charging our EV on the charger - we could explore the entire park after one O/N charge!」

Unfortunately we had a very limited time at Death Valley but would love to return and stay here again. We did not get to play cornhole or horseshoes but love it was an option!」
