Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is fairly clean. It seems to be a bit dated. Our toilet kept making loud noises. Be aware that there is a mini fridge but they will charge you $75 to use it since all the items in there are weighted and charged.

Checked in online and at kiosk at around 7pm and room wasn’t available. Had to wait in line to see what the problem was. Was checked in but the room that I had booked wasn’t available any more so was put in another tower. Arrived to my room and the entrance light did not work.
