「チェックインの時間に部屋の清掃が終わっていなくて、チェックインをバーで待って家欲しいと言われ1時間以上待ちました。 たくさんの人が待っていて、早くホテルに着いてゆっくりしようと思っていたのに残念でした。 部屋の清掃も清潔でなく、冷蔵庫もなく、アメニティも充実しておらず、ティッシュもボックスに入っていませんでした。ゴミ箱も溢れていて、見るのも気分が悪かったです。 レストラン近くのレストルームの手拭きペーパーも補充していないんです。 人手不足なのでしょうか？ デスバレーの公園内のホテルで歴史があり口コミでも良さそうだと思って期待して予約したのですが、残念でした。 」

「The room is large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and pleasant scenery. The owner of the house prepared a lot of seasonings, breakfast coffee and cereal. The refrigerator is big enough and the heating is sufficient. The only inconvenient thing is that there is no dishwasher. Also, there is no curtain in the bathroom window of the first bedroom.
