"Everything about our stay was wonderful, the reason for our stay was the close proximity to the Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and it was perfect for that. The property is off the beaten track just outside the lovely town of Evergreen and it is very tranquil and relaxing. Linda was a lovely host and gave us some great information about the area. I would go there again in a heartbeat."

"Great property conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Estes Park. Ten minute drive to the entrance of the RMNP, which is where we hiked every day. Layout of house was really nice. Kitchen was superbly stocked with anything you may need for cooking, even though most nights we ate out downtown. All in all it was a great place to stay and would rent again if we ever go back to Colorado."

The hours we spent beside the river, along the trails and in Rocky Mountain National Park are cherished memories. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the property manager is outstanding. The kitchen is well-stocked, too. Truly exceptional."

"We stayed for our 2nd wedding anniversary and honeymoon. It was beautiful, the interior design is really on point. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio. We felt pampered and secluded. Taking a few cans of Oxygen helped us with the altitude, especially at night. The property description could be more helpful by mentioning that the entry is a walk up a fairly steep upgrade, not suitable for people with ambulatory issues or handicaps. We (in our 50s) worried about falling when carrying up our bags...

"it was very nice and quiet and cozy. the only downside is that despite having dvd players, the main tv didn't actually connect to the dvd player so we (5 people) had to watch movies in the main bedroom which was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was very lovely :) we also made a little pie and it was very nice having the tools available in the kitchen for that"

"The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer."
