Location:
The apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen. The distance from the airport to the apartment (Löwental stop) can be reached by train in 2 minutes. The city of Friedrichshafen offers good bus connections to the trade fair, the bus stop (Ravensburgerstrasse) is directly in front of the house, but you can also reach your destination in 20 minutes on foot.
You can reach the shore of Lake Constance in 10 minutes on a pedestrian path along the river (Rotach).

The shops for daily needs as well as a bakery that is also open on Sundays are in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes on foot).

Furnishing:
The apartment is in a newly built house in the basement. The large windows and underfloor heating make the apartment very bright and warm. The apartment has a living area of 43 square meters and is completely and functionally furnished.
There is a living room with a double bed and a fitted kitchen. As well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet + bide. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and a baby. (Baby cot and high chair available for a fee on request.)
 The apartment is completely furnished with new furniture. The fitted kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a pad coffee machine (Philips Senseo) and a toaster.
The tea towels, bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are also available.
The iron and ironing board are provided.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

There is parking space in a parking space reserved for you. WiFi usage is free.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die wunderbare Lage (nur einige Minuten bis zum Bodensee und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung) hat den Rest zu einem sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in brauchbar Lage

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung etwas dezenter in Friedrichshafen. Zu Fuß ist der See in ca 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, der Fährhafen in 20-25.

Sehr stylische und saubere Wohnung !

Ich war noch nie in so einer modern eingerichteten, sauberen Wohnung. Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung, so dass man auch ohne Auto zurecht kommt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und konnte alle meine Fragen zur Wohnung schnell und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit beantworten. Bei der nächsten Reise an den Bodensee werden wir diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Das Objekt liegt nicht ganz direkt am See, ist aber zu Fuß am Bach entlang in ca. 15 lockeren und angenehmen Gehminuten, zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, falls man nicht mit dem Auto fahren oder zu Fuß gehen will. Die Einrichtung ist top sauber und stylisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, man kann sich etwas warm machen oder sogar kochen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und aufgeschlossen. Wir waren nun schon zwei Mal in dieser Wohnung und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Eine glatte eins mit Stern

Schöne Urlaubswohnung

Wir haben eine herrliche Wohnung vorgefunden die sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet war. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus um an den See in 10 Minuten zu fahren.

super Urlaub

wir haben eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung erhalten von der Kaffemaschine bis zum Toaster war alles vorhanden,super fand ich dass eine 2.Toilette vorhanden war.Von Friedrichshafenaus kann man so viele Ausflüge planen,egal ob mit Auto oder Schiff kurzum es war sehr schön und die Vermieter Fam.Menzer shr nette Menschen.Vielen Dank wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Kontaktaufnahme und Fragen zur Wohnung wurden schnell und nett beantwortet. Empfang war freundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und für 2 Personen zu empfehlen. Sie ist zentral gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten fußläufig zur Uferpromenade oder mit dem Bus. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Frau Menzer. Können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Ruhige helle Wohnung, die zum entspannen einlädt!

3 Tage Kurzurlaub am Bodensee

Wunderschöne Tage haben wir in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist zentral gelegen, Flugplatz und Hafen kann man gut sogar Fuß erreichen. Mehrere Bäcker in der Nähe haben uns jeden Morgen mit leckeren Brötchen versorgt. In der Wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
