"We were in Birmingham for my daughters graduation from UAB. We were very pleased with the VRBO. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped. It has Keurig K-Duo single serve and carafe coffee maker with coffee filters. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly response and helpful with my questions."
"Absolutely wonderful stay. Was able to check in earlier than scheduled, which is a plus. The house is super spacious, especially since it was 9 adults. Never felt cramped or crowded. Quiet neighborhood and located close to any type of shopping that we wanted to do. Any questions we had were answered within a few minutes. We would absolutely book with them again."

"My family and I stayed here for a weekend birthday trip. Pros:There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. This includes places to sleep, places to sit in the living room, and room for all of us to eat in the dining room. There are three bathrooms which was perfect for our bigger family. The backyard is just as beautiful as the pictures and it worked out perfectly that the weather was nice the entire time. There were plenty of cookware so we utilized the beautiful kitchen. The refrigerator is really large so it can hold plenty of food. The kitchen has a waffle machine, toaster, and Keurig which we used each morning. The house even comes with a washer and dryer to wash your clothes before traveling back home. The owners are extremely helpful. We contacted them once about the cable and they quickly responded to help us sign into the account.Cons: These cons were only specific to my family. For most people, they won’t apply so this house will fit you perfectly. Sharing incase your family is similar to mine. My family consisted of mostly people over the age of 60 who struggle with mobility. The outside steps into the kitchen doesn’t have a rail which makes it harder to enter. The front door steps do have a rail that can be used instead, but there are more steps here. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms has a higher toilet, but the others are low. Overall I highly recommend this place. "

The property on surface level looked nice, and the property photos are very pretty, but there were some definite issues. Mold and water damage were the glaringly obvious ones.
