「Clean room and good breakfast」

「Modern and clean facilities. Wish breakfast was included.」

「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....

「Great piece of real state. Cabin has everything you need for a short or long stay. Who ever build it has great taste. Owner was always available and very responsive. 」

「great stay great owner great location」

「Room was clean. Towels were soft. Exactly what I was looking for. Staff was helpful and kind. I’ll be back.」

「This a a beautiful clean hotel. Much nicer than I thought red roofs were. Comfy beds, but best of all no carpet in the room so actually clean. Would highly recommend!」

「Found the cleanliness of the room excellent - beautiful surroundings and the restaurant staff excellent as well」

「We have been coming here for over 10 years and it has seen better days. The staff were really nice and friendly during our stay. Some reviews say that it has gone downhill since the new ownership, which I guess I could see. We loved Fred's Sunday breakfast buffet and were looking forward to it since it was still on the website but were disappointed when we came in Sunday morning to an empty restaurant. We were told that they haven't had it in over 4 months and it was too expensive to keep it...

「This property has seen better days. It’s a dump. Dirty carpets in hallways, dusty room, disgusting tub, hair dryer ripped from wall, no charging ports, chain gone from secure lock on door, sketchy people hanging out in small check in area. One positive is that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, although the coverlet had a big stain by the pillows. We were there for only one night.」

「We booked two rooms and Hailey made sure to put us together. She could not have been kinder about helping us to find places to eat and make us feel comfortable as we dropped my son off for his first semester of college.」

「This was a clean and comfortable property with great woods and pond views just outside the village of Walton. The fire pit and table tennis table added a lot to our experience. 」

「House was great, hosts were very helpful」
