You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Seaspray Condos - 102C

One King bed in the master bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 52" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. There is a deck outside the living room that does not overlook the courtyard. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Wish we had known

The entire property is extremely well kept. Very clean with manicured lawns. The pool was beautiful. The beach was fantastic and not crowded at all this time of year. We arrived late on Sunday night and were surprised to learn that the townhouse we booked was on the second floor! Luckily there was a wonderful young man doing laundry who brought our bags up the two flights of stairs. Had we known, we would have gotten a one bedroom on the ground level and also with a half bath downstairs. We are in our 70's and it was a real struggle to go upstairs to use the bathroom. Please make it clear in your description that all the 2 bedroom units are up an additional flight of stairs.
