"Great family vacation spot! It was so close to crystal beach, few minutes walking distance. We will never forget how beautiful the area was, the beaches were clean, not crowded, lots of room for recreation activities. The hotel had everything we needed for the trip, they cleaned it every morning and provided us with clean supplies. They also responded very quickly for a maintenance problem which we had on but it was not a big deal, it was fixed. The front desk lady was very nice, accommodating....

They had us booked on the 2nd floor when we arrived I told them and they immediately changed us to a bottom floor. The ladies at yhe front desk literally where great."
