Never again

It was definitely a "no tell motel" kind of place with no "Skyview." There was hair in the bathtub. A couple lights didn't work in the room & the TV was tempermental. The wifi was uncooperative for much of the time as well. I would not recommend this place. It wasn't worth the money at all.

Non-smoking rooms $20 more?!!

I booked a smoking room by accident. When I checked in I was told that a non-smoking room was an extra $20! I felt like he made that up as he was going along. But it was 10:00 at night and I was left with little options. Room was ok though. Pretty big, I wasn't expecting that. The AC only worked on low but cooled the room off very well. Room had a small fridge which was nice. Overall for the amount I paid for the non-smoking room I could have spent a night at the Hilton for the same price.

Not worth it

This Motel wasn't great especially their service, all of them were rude. their free continental breakfast was of poor standards, just bread, cereal & Jucie. Even for milk we had to wait, and cereal packets were also limited and not even butter was available. But the best thing is you get a bus to NYC right from their compound it is 1.15 min travel to NYC.

Great location

Wasn't what I expected, for a motel room was a good midsize for a delux and jacuzzi was amazing my advice choose a delux room u will be satisfied.

STAY AWAY! LITERALLY A HEALTH HAZARD

DISGUSTING! If I can give this place a 0 star rating, I would. The moment I entered the room I was struck with an unspeakably horrible oder that was a fine precursor for what was about to come. The bed had strings of hair under, between and on top of all the sheets. Cigarette burns riddled the sheets as well. The room was down right filthy. And the worst, most despicable, incomprehensible part of the whole ordeal was that they had the nerve to hang the same exact painting twice in the same room.

Nice hotel, though cleanliness questionable

Made reservations online in wee morning hours of the same day I was planning to stay. Called hotel manager to verify reservations and room amenities; hard to understand him, but he was pleasant and my questions were answered. Check-in was expedient. My non-smoking room was in the building sharing the main lobby; I had an interior hallway leading to my room. Room smelled pleasant. A/C/Heat unit worked smoothly and was clean. However, noticed some hair next to bathroom sink faucet...and in the sheets of my bed (!). Spoke with night manager, who swiftly contacted cleaning staff. Staff changed my sheets and night manager made follow-up room call to verify issue addressed. Some additional notes (FYI): --Only found two towels (bath) in the bathroom. I later found a hand towel and two wash clothes on my corner office desk. Not sure why they were there...but glad they were a/v --Secretly wished I had brought sanitation wipes with me. The room's dining table and chairs looked...unclean, as did the surfaces of all the other furniture in the room, except for my bed spread (fortunately!) --Carpet also didn't look well-vacuumed... --Noticeably missing a hanger in my closet, but had enough hangers for my needs so didn't report this to the manager --Bed comfy :) Not a bad stay overall since I just needed a nice, clean smelling (this can be hard to come by) place to sleep that was closeby my ultimate destination (NYC). A bit pricey, but then again, so are most of the hotels in the area.

Dirty carpet and empty wine bottle. Bed sheet felt sandy and hair on it! Bathroom basic. Free coffee and cake for breakfast.

STAY AWAY!!!!

The room service attendant barged into my room twice during my stay. No knock, No warning, and No speak English. Even with the door locked and the security bar across the door the cleaning service used their bypass key unannounced at 4:30 in the afternoon to check on my room. I was laying in bed with my clothes on luckily as the guy proceeded to press his face against the crack in the door to look in. THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE WEBSITE! Beware.

Pretty decent stay at an affordable price

My family and I went for a weekend trip to New York City but didn't want to pay the NYC hotel prices. For the money, the room was relatively clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. They directed us to the bus stop right behind the hotel, where we were able to hop on an dropped off right in Times Square. I've seen the other negative comments for the hotel, but honestly, we had a very nice stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Just ok...

It was an ok experience. Have to cross a highway to get to it which can be a pain in traffic... The overall facilities were clean. The beds were a little hard on my back. The owner got a little flustered as someone had signed in just before me & checked back out almost right away as they had gotten a smoking room and one of their party had asthma. Unfortunately those were the only rooms he had available. A little while after he checked me in, he called to see if I was the one who had the problem with the smoking room- which I wasn't. In & of itself, wasn't too bad. Had a problem getting the tv remote to work and wished there had been a card to say what channel to have it set to for being able to use the tv. Is fine for just an overnight stop. Definitely not one for longer than that.

value for money

i stayed for a cheaper option to go to New York, the public transport is around the corner and takes you in about an hour. Friendly staff and good value for your money.

Great hotel, just don't miss the turn in are you will be going over the George Washington bridge. This will cost you $14.00. I stayed in a newly remodel room. Finally a right priced room for what you get.
