The staff was super conventions with helping us find a forgotten item and we had no idea what a happening place Hollywood beach was. This place is super close and convenient. Amenities are dated but the staff and location makes it easy to overlook this. Really enjoyed our stay!

Friendly staff, great location, simple hotel. Kitchenette is a bonus for avoiding restaurants all the time. Pay attention to the check in! The office closes at 6:30 pm and you can’t get in after that. Overall would recommend if you want a simple clean room with fantastic access to Hollywood beach and the boardwalk

The location was great - easy to get to the beach, shopping, grocery and restaurants. It was very budget friendly. Great water pressure in the shower, very nice fluffy soft towels, the pillows and bed were very comfortable. I would visit again.

This hotel was a 1 minute walk to the beach which was amazing!! We stayed for only 1 night so it was great. The floors didnt look like they had been swept and the fire alarm kept ringing because the battery was low. But the service was amazing! I would stay again for a short stay.

Love it

The management was incredibaly helpful and were knowledgeable on things to do in the area. The hotel is by no means brand new but is kept clean and is maintained well they are very accommodating to their guests and management is on yop off keepingba toght ship a friendly atmosphere and a grill they keep gassed makes for a great spot to stay with friends

If going by the price paid, it was good value. Most important is comfort of the bed and this was fine. It was certainly not the cleanest but could be worse. Toilet seat was broken. The location was amazing to walk to everything!

The property has indoor plumbing , hot water, a friendly front desk. Only someone at desk from 10 am-6 pm. Mold in shower, A/C did not work, bedspread was stained, only 1 burner on the stove worked, needed to wash everything. The refrigerator worked. The room needs to be updated badly. The A/C dripped water even though it did not cool the room. The paint was peeling off the wall due to the leaking A/C unit. Very close to beach and broadwalk. The room was cheap.

We thought this property was absolutely cute. It’s only a block from the beach. Hollywood Beach is a 2 1/2 mile walking path of shops and businesses and fun things to do. Peruvian food and Italian food seem to be the norm. We tried Peruvian. It was delicious. Ceviche. The owner lives on site and takes care of everything for you as needed.
