"Conditions were stander. The outside and the rooms looked like the pictures there were just small aspects that could have been better. There were some stains and spots on the bedsheets and top blanket but it was not clear if it was a permanent one or just one they didn’t notice. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. "Walls were thin, could hear fighting/snoring/dog barking in other rooms, outdoor traffic. Breakfast was very good, one of the few highlights. Bed saggy. Key cards were incorrectly deactivated TWICE during a 5-night stay, necessitating extra trips to the Front Desk so we could get into our room. Housekeeping is NOT daily, as the hotel description says on Hotels.com; it was performed only after 3 nights (that seems like a rather long interval), and then it was incomplete (e.g., ice bucket was not emptied). While one could request needed items via a door hanger between housekeeping visits, we did not receive the items we specified. Bathroom sink was nearly clogged, emptied extremely slowly. BEWARE: there is a $15/nt. parking fee + tax that is not included in the Hotels.com pricing, although it is listed in the "At A Glance" section. "
