The woman at the desk was very nice.
The room (106) could've been cleaner. There white flecks of something on the bathroom floor and a hair on top of the tub rail. The towels were very coarse. The floor planks by the door was delaminating in three places and the ere was no door sweep attached to the bottom of the door, which aloud foe a large gap. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Its just a really old and really run-down building. But, as is often said, "You get what you pay for".
If you're really needing to stick to a tight budget then you may consider this place but I'd encourage all of those that would consider staying here to alter your trip or find additional resources and upgrade your stay.
Tough area with drug users and 'street-workers' hanging around, regularly. That's not the hotel's "fault" but for the sake of safety and peace of mind, I'd suggest choosing a different place to stay.
I had to check out an hour in because I had bugs crawling all over the bed. I do not do bedbugs or anything like that. I will be 100% getting my money back.
