「Air conditioning wasn’t working for first two days, room was moldy, hit and miss communication 」

「Would stay here again! This was one of my favorite rooms to stay in while visiting home. Pulling up to the hotel is a bit tricky, and parking your car can be a bit of additional planning, but the room itself was comfy and lovely.」

「This room was nice, and located near the beach, zoo, park, and aquarium. I had a blast and was away from the room most of the time. I slept great and the sun deck is great during sunrise. Thank You!」

「The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. But there was a 24 hour security desk to get help. The building and elevator were a bit tired (the apt is 12 stories up on the top floor). The bed was a queen...

「Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!」

「部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて申し分ないです。窓ガラスの一部がアクリル板に交換してあるのですが、外れて完全には閉まりませんでした。ラナイからマリーナが一望でき、夕陽が沈む瞬間がバッチリ見られて感動しました。また、雨上がりには虹も見られ、景色は最高でした。」

「I enjoyed everything about this apartment, convenient and comfortable. Well equipped, I was able to prepare breakfast and snacks before heading out. We felt like a home, every single detail was taken care of. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry, beach chairs and most importantly its cleanliness. It is conveniently located. 「Stayed here with three adults and two young children. Plenty of space. Check in and check out was incredibly easy! Quick walk to a beach which is kid friendly, clean and feels very private.」

「寝室の電気が壊れていたり、トイレットペーパーの替えがなかったり、他にもいろいろ…。 伝えればすぐ対応してくれるので、問題というほどの問題は特にありません。 ただ、細かいことが気になる方はやめた方がよいです。 私個人としては、次回またワイキキに宿泊する際は、再度利用したいホテルです。」
