「The hotel itself yes, mine is a registered service animal and the hotel was great the connected bar restaurant however not so much... i walked 2ft into the bar when the manager came rushing over telling me rudely dog couldn't be there... then i explained shes a service dog with a vest registered at the front desk... and she then backed down and said ok thats dine, prior to chain smoking on the beach area.」

「Overall the property was great, my only complaint is the reserving of pool chairs when it is against the rules but people do it. This makes it really difficult for families to enjoy pool when people reserve chairs then go to beach all day and the people that stay have no chairs during that time. There needs to be personnel to enforce this rule so pool area can be more enjoyable to all. Or add more chairs to that area or a time limit to help. But we did enjoy the beach and pool during our...
