The host was friendly and accommodating for example when I inquired if the kitchen had a handheld mixer so we could make a cake for my daughter's birthday, the host put one there so that we would not have to bring ours. The host said that he would handle all of the cleanup when we left which made our last night much more relaxing than at other places we have stayed where we had to pack the night before so that we would be able to do the required cleaning in the morning. 「We had a great time at SGI. The rental was great. Plenty of space, beach chairs, bikes, and a beach wagon to pull your stuff to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.」

「A True Step Back in Time – Unmatched Old Florida Charm!Rating: 5/5 StarsIf you want to experience authentic Old Florida, look no further than the Island Hotel & Restaurant on 2nd Street. Built in 1859, this historic building oozes character from every creaky wooden floorboard and thick tabby wall. Staying here is less like booking a standard hotel room and more like stepping straight into a living history museum—with all the warmth and hospitality you could ever ask for.」

「This house is in a perfect spot right on the beach and just a few blocks away from dining and shopping. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with every pan, dish and utensil you might need. Beach chairs and towels for everyone in the group were provided. It’s got a funky layout with bunk beds in the living space and tight quarters upstairs. Otherwise, it’s a great location.」

「Property was perfect for my wife and I as well as our Fur Babies, what a relaxing 5 nights!!」
