「We stay at this resort every year as part of a soccer tournament. We look forward to the convenience of the resort, cleanliness, and amenities. However, this year was very different. Our room had a leaky toilet, no hot water, and there was no shower curtain for the tub in our bathroom. This is unacceptable for a place that cost us over $400 per night. There were delivery trucks at 5:00 am which was very noisy and disruptive. We may think of an alternate next summer.」
