"Very disappointing arrival experience. I chose this hotel specifically for its advertised late-night shuttle, as my flight landed at midnight, and my confirmation stated service until 2am. I had only booked 8 days prior, so it is reasonable to expect this information to be accurate. After waiting 30 minutes in the cold, I was told the shuttle now stops at midnight and had to take a taxi instead, adding unexpected cost and stress after a long international journey. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast offered a good, varied selection which we enjoyed."

"Very convenient if you’re overnighting or staying for a couple days and need to be close to the airport (JFK). The shuttle is very efficient and on time. The rooms are comfortable."

" We had an early flight out of JFK, so we booked a room at 5 Towns Inn because they have a free 24 hr shuttle and they are less than 5 miles from the airport. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour. If you are at the airport you need to call and they will send the shuttle to pick you up. We waited about 45 min. If you are at the hotel, you let them know what time you want to go into the airport. Also, they pick you up and drop you off at Federal Circle not your terminal. You take the Air train and is quite easy to use but I could see why some people wouldn't like it. The Hotel itself is old and the rooms are as basic as you can get. It serves a purpose for travelers and that is about it. So if you just need a room for the night and you aren't fussy the 5 Towns Inn will work for you. "
