"The place is a gem, service is personally handled and speak to Miriam who is a professional and splendid customer service person with serious experience. "Beautiful property, staff, service. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. We only ate in the bar as the restaurant menus did not appeal - food and drink were good here but rather over-priced. Amazing views of the sea, coastline and mount Etna. Great to have a heated swimming pool, although it was closed until 10am so disappointed we couldn’t have a pre-breakfast swim.
