"We spent 2 months in Italy this was definitely our #1 in best property overall. The property was gorgeous. With a balcony over looking a sea view that was to die for Del, breathe taking. Everything worked well, and the husband carried my over seized suitcase up and back down at check out. The beach was just a short down with bars and restaurant all the way down a boardwalk. BUS STOP WAS JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY. Excellent property"

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 star, but I simply can’t! The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. One issue was the rooms. We were give a nice room but the electricity didn’t work. An electrician came and after 20 mins of waiting, it was back on. But then it broke again the next day and we were once again waiting for an electrician to come for c.30 mins. This delayed our evening plans. They decided to move us to another room - but it was smaller! They the moved us again to one of their newly refurbished rooms which although really lovely, the air-con didn’t work. I gave up trying by that point as we had to leave anyway. The inside of the hotel is quite dated and when we arrived we really weren’t sure what we were in for, but the pool is the attraction and rightly so. Another reason why I can’t give 5 star is because of the shuttle buses. Although its great that the hotel provides free shuttle buses to and from the town, they are not frequent and book up really quickly. If you miss out, you need to pay for a taxi to the town which is around 20 euro one way. More shuttles are needed. "

"Desk Staff needs work. Ok location. Dated decor. Fridge sort of worked. Included breakfast was great! Lots of choices. Great dining room staff. "

"Anna was very communicative throughout our entire stay! Arrival and check-in were super easy. The garage parking was literally a life saver considering we have a 2 year old, which comes with complications such as keeping a stroller handy. It was great to not have to worry about circling the block to find a spot and then carrying a sleeping toddler home, especially late at night. The apartment itself was comfortable and well equipped with things that were important to us, such as towels, working appliances, a washing machine, strong AC, and wifi. Our son had tons of space to play, and we were even able to host my family for dinner. The balcony is a lovely place to sit, relax, eat, and take in the ocean view. We spent a lot of time out there eating breakfast, sipping espreso, and enjoying ice cream. The location is unbeatable, on a quiet one-way street, steps away from countless cafes, restaurants, and both organized and public beaches. There are also multiple markets within walking distance, which came in handy when we ran out of diapers or groceries. All in all, i would highly recommend staying here! "
