"Receptionists and drivers (especially Ali) were very helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic time here. Hotel food was amazing and the pool was nice and well maintained. Hard to get to supermarkets and convenience stores by foot, requires transport to get everywhere. Transfers were a little expensive, but readily available via the hotel"

"Very well appointed guest house owned and run by caring hosts. There were many things we appreciated about our stay: - daily servicing - parking right outside - restaurant recommendations and local knowledge - communication via WhatsApp while we were out and about - homemade breakfast - attention to detail in the pool area with the heated salt pool, hot shower and hose for cleaning sand after beach trips My only feedback would be that our air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough so it was difficult to sleep. But we stayed during an unusually hot week, so what to do!"

"Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero super confortevole in questa splendida villa, situata ai piedi dell’Etna e caratterizzata da un panorama semplicemente stupendo.La posizione è davvero strategica: permette di raggiungere facilmente sia Taormina che Catania, rendendola un punto di partenza ideale per visitare le meraviglie della zona.La struttura è pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax.Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Mario, con il quale le comunicazioni sono state sempre rapide, precise e puntuali. È stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli, dimostrando grande attenzione e ospitalità.Un'esperienza davvero positiva che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza alcuna esitazione. Super consigliata! Ci torneremo sicuramente!"

"Such a wonderful, charming and rustique property. The staff were so warm and welcoming and the views of Etna, spectacular! The delicious breakfast was home made using the fruits and honey produced on the property, and Francesca was so helpful and could always be contacted via whatsapp as staff are only available for a few hours in the morning and evening, so you are free to ventrure around the land, or chill out on the roof terrace as if its your own home. There are approx 7 cats who live at the property are very well looked after. The rooms was perfect, clean with a mini fridge and a good shower with communal terrace. The bed is a little hard, but you may like that! The small village of Calatabiano is authentically Sicilian with little to no English speakers, so if youre looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation, this is the place for you! I would advise hiring a car (or maybe the property can hire out bikes) as the old train station is not reliable. Taxis to Taorimina and Giardini Naxos are around €30 each way. The train to Catania, only €5 but plan your timings using the trenitalia website, as you cannot buy tickets at Calatabiano. Thank you for hosting us, we would come back in a heartbeat!"
