Very nice hotel. Poorly advertised by hotels.com but staff were excellent. They resolved the issue. Very clean, comfortable and positioned well for Etna. Nothing to do in surrounding area though,

Very good hotel near to the Etna north face.

Hello, our best hotel in Sicily (on a total of four) the only black point was the secondary sofa bed the spring bed was really uncomfortable. Main bed (rond) was perfect. Room at the 4th floor was large and practical. Terrasse view to the Etna north face is amazing. Welcoming staff with great care. The Gatto blue restaurant was really good not so expensive in regard to other place we visit in Sicily. Globally the customer experience was delightful.

The women checking me in acted like she really didnt want me to stay there. Breakfast was not very good. No blanket, but ok because the room was so hot, in the attic basically! Another guests car was vandalized over night.

La perfezione

Struttura situata alle pendici dell' Etna ed una mezz'ora da Taormina. Stanza veramente molto bella e spaziosa. Ottima la colazione e piacevoli le vasche idromassaggio nel giardino. Al ristorante si mangia benissimo con prezzi nella norma. Un grazie particolare a Maria ed agli altri ragazzi della reception che ci hanno accolto con genuina gentilezza.

El hotel está ubicado en uno de los pueblos de acceso al parque del Etna. Además de la localización, el estado de la estructura está inmejorable, la habitación fue cómoda, silenciosa y hasta pudimos ver una erupción nocturna del volcán desde el balcón. La cama de 10. Muy interesante la opción relax en los jacuzzi exteriores y el extra para los tratamientos spa. Desayuno variado. Altamente recomendable.

Sicuramente la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la cortesia e la professionalità del personale. Bella struttura abbastanza ben tenuta unica pecca il bagno con evidenti segni di calcare e ventola assolutamente insufficienza non essendoci la finestra. Comunque complimenti a tutti e grazie degli stupendi giorni che ci avete fatto passare.

Nice hotel

Pretty good hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is not bad but there are better options in the town. Breakfast is basic but good, although it can get a bit busy. Spa is really nice.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Struttura eccezionale , dotato di tutti i comfort e personale estremamente disponibile , si sono messi a nostra disposizione ed accontentato ogni mia richiesta . La struttura dista dalle pista 20 minuti di auto ma è comunque la struttura alberghiera più vicina o una delle più vicine , in ogni caso è L ‘unica con questi servizi. Ne è valsa la pena.

My room was on the top floor. There was no view except a skylight with a broken shade mechanism. I was very claustrophobic in this attic room and it was noisy, too. Reception was very friendly but the room and food was very average.

Semplicemente PERFETTO

Hotel resort molto bello, pulizia impeccabile e personale professionale e cordiale, non molto lontano dalla costa (15 minuti) ma in posizione perfetta per il clima e l'immancabile escursione sul fantastico ETNA! (chiedete stesso alla reception di organizzare l'escursione con la guida Salvo... Ragazzo preparato, gentile ed innamorato della sua fantastica terra!) A noi piace girare e questa parte di Sicilia non la conoscevamo... Ma sicuramente la rifaremo ed ovviamente pernotteremo ancora qui! Bravi! Dario Csr
