「We had reserved a handicapped and non-smoking room online and it wasn't reserved for us when we arrived. We ended up with a smokey room that was not handicap friendly at all, which was difficult for me. Also, there were no ice buckets, and no soap, and when we asked, they were not able to accommodate. They had a coffee maker in the room, but no tea bags were available, even at the front desk.」

「We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made.」
