There is no front desk - similar to an Airbnb - although Randy and Lisa, the gracious and friendly hosts, were available whenever we needed them. Each morning, we were greeted with a wonderfully prepared breakfast of much higher quality than your typical hotel - what one would expect from a B&B."

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Quality Inn & Suites Middletown - Newport

8/10 Good

"The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not, they need to replace the pillows. The breakfast was fine to get you going. Waffle maker, eggs, coffee, bagels, yogurt. 4 miles from Newport. We had a good stay."
