"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "Ivy at the front desk was lovely and very helpful, including letting me know there is a $10 discount for the breakers entry if tickets were bought at the hotel. The room was clean and quite large. The breakfast Saturday morning was mostly breaded products. I am celiac, but I don’t anticipate accommodation for that so not an issue. I would highly recommend staying here. There may be some stairs involved in making your way to your room so maybe pack a little lighter."

"Very close to Newport, well maintained property. Staff was pleasant ; did not have a chance to use the pool; breakfast offered a variety of options; all day coffee and tea options, as well as a water machine. Did not like the coffee so I opted for black tea instead. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. It was nice to hear the cricket, it had a soothing effect. I will definitely stay there again when in the area."
