My hotel room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had great nights sleep. 「Our trip didn’t quite go as planned, but the hotel staff were amazing. After our flight was cancelled, we had to cancel our original booking, but managed to get a later flight. Carol, the manager, came in on her day off to help sort things out so we wouldn’t be charged twice.
The food was also great; my husband said his fish and chips were some of the biggest he’s had (and he’s had a lot!).
The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including tea and coffee, a TV, fan, iron...
