Leave your worries behind at this wonderful place to stay: it’s an oasis of tranquility!<br><br> This apartment is rented out in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests. It includes a parking space in the building itself.<br><br> IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This apartment is heated by radiators, which are turned on from November through April and provide constant, even heat throughout the day. In light of the climate and social emergency, we’re committed to responsible energy use—we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature ranging from 18° to 20° C.<br><br> Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before your arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys will be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties or events are prohibited. Access is prohibited for anyone not registered at the property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the property. Pets are not allowed. (*) A late check-in may be requested in advance, between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., for an additional fee of 20 euros, to be paid in cash to the Host in charge of check-in. No check-ins will be accepted after 11:00 PM; after this time, the reservation will be considered a NO SHOW.<br><br> Good access to urban and intercity public transportation. Easy and pleasant pedestrian access—no need to worry about your car, as a parking space is provided.<br><br> Beautiful apartment located a five-minute walk from the city’s historic center, 10–15 minutes from the beach, shopping district, and dining area: very comfortable and quiet accommodations with all the amenities. The apartment is located on the second floor. It consists of a kitchen, living-dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a half-bath, and an interior terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. It also includes all the kitchenware you’ll need to enjoy your vacation. The living-dining room is very spacious and bright: a pleasant area to relax, unwind, and spend time with others. It features a table, chairs, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds (160x200 cm) and a third with two single beds (90x200 cm), as well as one and a half bathrooms. In addition, the bedrooms are equipped with closets and linens. The bathroom features a shower stall with a glass partition. It is a spacious and very comfortable bathroom, ideal for this type of stay. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of relaxation and unwinding: bedding and towels, kitchenware, appliances, Wi-Fi, and heating available from November through April.
