「Not like other hotels in SO many good ways: - Greeted by Ursula like we were long lost family. - She brought in her son Lorenzo to check us in because he’s awesome. - This is a guest house, not a hotel. We had the full run of the fully stocked kitchen 24/7. - According to Lorenzo, whatever we wanted anytime was “OK”. And it was. Except that it was actually great. - Right outside our window was the ruins of the Area Sacra di Largo Argentina. Yes, the actual site of Julius Caesar’s murder....

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return...

「窓から教会が目の前に見え鐘楼の鐘が聞こえてくる。バチカン、コロッセオ、トレビの泉など名所に歩いて15分から30分で行ける。バス、トラム、タクシー乗り場が近い。カフェ、美味しいレストランが周辺にたくさんあって便利。スーパーも近い。部屋は清潔で心地よい。5階のドアの内側にレセプションがある。人がいない時間は、隣の部屋にいるオーナーさんのベルを鳴らしてみよう。親切なオーナーさんが対応してくれる。」

「I’ve stayed in several places and several areas in Rome and this one is very convenient and pleasant. Lovely updated spacious room I stayed in. Busy street in front but the rooms are sound proof enough from traffic. It is a 4 bedroom guest house not a hotel but there is super helpful staff at the front desk during the day for all the help you could need and more including plenty of advice on sites and food. They provided an early check in for me as it was available and watched my bags for me...
